Dear Natalie: We have to write this letter to let you know that you have done such a fantastic job on selling our house at 5514 New Vista Drive, Rocklin, CA and we cannot express how much we appreciate your professionalism and your relentless pursue of perfection down to every single detail in this transaction. Without you, we could not have closed this escrow in such a smooth manner! We put our house on the market in probably one of the most difficult times in the California real estate market history and you were there to help us make decisions and gave us valuable advices every step of the way. At times, we were frustrated with how the market was going, but you were still professional and courteous; and you were very understanding of our feelings. You also tried used every way possible to gain exposure of our house and you would give us updates on the market and on our house whenever there was anything that you think we needed to know. After we confirmed that we had a buyer for our house, you helped us negotiated the best price for us and you did everything possible to make the negotiation process a smooth one. We had to move to Texas before the escrow actually closed. You were there to take care of every single little detail for us: from communicating with the escrow office, with the buyer, with our house builder, with practically everyone was involved in this transaction. You and your husband even took out the trash that we left behind (because we had no time to take care of it before we left for Texas) and you made sure everything was taken care of for the closing of the escrow.
